These terms apply to your use of the e37systems.com website. They do not govern client engagements — those are covered by the signed master services agreement, statement of work, or contract for each project.

The website

This site is provided as-is for informational purposes. We make a reasonable effort to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee continuous availability or that everything written here will remain current. We may update or remove pages at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break the site, scrape it abusively, or use it to send unsolicited messages to us. Standard polite-internet conduct applies.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and code of this website are copyright © E37 Systems. The marketing copy and design are for our use. Source code published in public repositories belongs to whoever the repository says it does.

Client work product produced under a signed engagement is governed by that engagement's contract. By default, our clients own the deliverables produced for them once they've paid for them.

Engagements and quotes

Quotes provided via email or this site are estimates. A binding engagement requires a signed proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement. Fixed-price quotes are valid for 30 days unless we agree in writing to extend them.

Confidentiality

For prospective clients sharing information about a potential engagement, we treat that information as confidential by default and will sign a mutual NDA on request. Information shared without an NDA in place is still treated as confidential, but with the understanding that no contract has been formed.

Limitation of liability

Use of this website is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, E37 Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. For client engagements, liability is whatever the signed contract says — not what this page says.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which E37 Systems is registered. Disputes related to client engagements are governed by the venue specified in the signed contract for that engagement.

Changes

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date above will change with them. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
